Just being honest here... I get totally nervous when I do LIVE videos. I know to build my audience and keep all engaged, its a must. I overcome the fear by recognizing that the information I put out is meant to be fun, powerful, impactful, and possibly something you have not heard. Please don't give me crap about all them sticky notes I have on the desktop LOL. Theres sooo much I want to talk about but nerves sometimes get the best of us, thats something I am working on everyday.
